Radiant Renewal Healing Dance & Circle is a Synergy of Healing Movement, Breath, Sound & Lightwork.

It combines many transformative healing and embodiment tools I’ve learned over 35 years as a Healing Facilitator. It’s an incredible group healing & rejuvenation experience.

We start with Dancing the 5 Elements of Nature…Earth, Water, Fire, Air & Spirit…up through the Chakra system. It’s a combination of some guided movements with lots of freedom to express yourself. This is approximately the 1st hour.

After that, we sit in Sacred Circle and share some group meditation, breathwork, toning/sound healing & lightwork.

It is very powerful together as a group. We call in healing love, light, prayers and energize intentions for ourselves, others, and the planet. This is approximately the 2nd hour.

Beautiful, powerful music adds to the experience. It all helps us feel more connected, raise our energy vibration, transform stress, and feel more joy. Experience Oneness and our Highest Divine Selves. Come and Be Rejuvenated.
