You choose 3-7 days –Your choice of dates
In the 3 Day Retreat- You’ll be guided to several Secret Beaches, The Iao Valley, La Perouse, and several of the best snorkeling places and beaches in Maui. These are some of the most beautiful, special power spots on Maui that locals know best.
I’ve been a Healing Facilitator/Massage Therapist for 20 years. I am also a Certified Yoga meets Dance Instructor and Life Coach. I have synergized many of the best of healing and rejuvenation tools.
You will receive a 1-1/2 hour healing massage and various relaxation and rejuvenation tools like meditation, yoga, chigung, healing movement, and life coaching tools throughout your stay. These are all tailor-made to your individual needs.
I will spend an average of 5 hours a day with you depending on the journey. The rest is your free time.
In the 5-7 day Retreats- You receive the same as above, but we will have time to go to Haleakala Volcano and Hana.
Hana is a full all day journey. It takes 2-1/2 hours to get there, but is so worth it. It is one of the most incredible, beautiful rain forest paradises you’ll ever experience.
You will be guided to the Black Sand Beach, Hamoa Beach, 7 Sacred Pools, and an Ancient Bamboo Forest
Haleakala Volcano is an incredibly beautiful and unique power spot. You will be guided on a vision quest for more clarity and perspective in your life.
In addition, you’ll receive another 1-1/2 hour healing massage.
